Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and people
focused Sales Manager who is ready to grow into a future leadership role. In this position, you will support the development of our sales pipeline, help drive revenue, and contribute to longterm growth.

 

You will work closely with the Managing Director and support the daytoday coaching and coordination of a small sales team. This role is ideal for someone with solid sales experience who is ready to take the next step toward full sales leadership responsibility. 

 

Responsibilities:

Support Revenue & Market Growth:
Help the team drive revenue across products, services, and long
term agreements.

Use basic sales management tools to track progress toward revenue and marketshare goals.

Assist with addressing customer or channel issues and support the rollout of growth initiatives.

 

Team Development & Support:
Provide day
today guidance, motivation, and basic coaching to sales team members.

Support performance discussions, development plans, and ongoing training activities.

Help build a positive, accountable, customerfocused team culture.

 

Customer & Market Engagement:
Assist in identifying customer needs and opportunities for deeper account penetration.

Support relationship building and help strengthen longterm customer partnerships.

 

Competitive & Market Insight:
Stay aware of market activity, competitor moves, and customer feedback.

Share insights with the Sales Manager to support pricing, product, and commercial decisions.

Help ensure that marketing programs and initiatives are executed effectively.

 

Sales Process & Tools:
Ensure the sales team uses core systems, tools, and processes consistently.

Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and overall sales process discipline.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel

 

Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Some exposure to team coordination, mentorship, or informal leadership (advantageous).
  • Basic understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to build solid relationships.
