About Us

Process Flow Technology (PFT) is part of IR Industrial technology & Service (ITS) segment which offer bord range of blowers & vacuum pumps and systems for all the segments. The major brands under this division are NASH, GARO, Elmo Rietschle, Roots, Hibbon, Lamson Hoffman, Robuschi, Witting, MD Kinney, Pedro Gil, Everest etc.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for developing & leading the ETO/CTO team of PFT India & accountable for all the Application & Project engineering activities of all the products/brands within the PFT division in India.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all the Application & project engineering activities of Vacuum & Low-pressure Division with in PFT.
• Responsible for end-to-end activities (Enquiry till execution) for all the CTO/ETO projects.
• Leading a team of Application Engineer, Project Engineers & Designer
• Implementation of best engineering practices during the package designing & manufacturing
• Support all the other sales, marketing activities & other product development activities.
• Preparation & presenting business cases to top management for the special projects & preparation of monthly progress report showing the segment trend, upcoming project details, competition details etc.
•  Identify new applications/market for the PFT product, increase the order booking & revenues.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities & support on i2V engineer related activities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s in chemical /mechanical engineering (or international equivalent) with more than 15 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment’s & packages.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully office based, 20% travel across India & Middle Esat region.

Key Competencies

• Application Engineering Knowledge in Rotating equipment like process gas blower, Liquid ring Vacuum Pump, Process Gas Blowers etc.

• Team handling experience
• Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at senior level are essential
• Knowledge in Application/Simulation software line ASPEN/Chemcad etc.
• Project Management skills for complicated ETO/ Process Gas Equipment’s
