Job Summary

To implement and drive growth of Indirect (Distribution partners) and Direct Sales of Power Tools & Industrial Lifting Equipment business in assigned region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirement as per applications & arrange to submit the Techno-commercial proposals accordingly.
  • Influence the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support and resources in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective client and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Work with marketing to ensure market-level strategies and business objectives are meet by Sales. 
  • Maintain business relationship with OEMS.
  • Review channel partners performance on monthly basis.
  • Provide in-time support when and where required by clients.
  • Sales & marketing of multidisciplinary customize solutions. 
  • To work cross functionally within IR in order to meet customer deadlines.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor or preferably master’s in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering 
  • 10-12 years relevant experience in OEM/Indirect Sales
  • Good level of English, spoken and written
  • MS Office usage

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Customer visit.
