Job & Division Summary: 

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with cloud‑based big data platforms, and the ability to clearly communicate insights to Product Managers and other business stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive data‑driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that support product and business decisions.
  • Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate data from multiple data sources.
  • Use SQL/Python for data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and automation of recurring analytical tasks.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to understand business problems, define metrics, and translate data findings into clear recommendations.
  • Present analysis, trends, and performance metrics to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Work with big data technologies and cloud platforms GCP to process and analyze large‑scale datasets.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical methodologies.
  • Support ad‑hoc analysis and deep dives to answer critical business questions.

Mandatory Skills

  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and analytical databases.
  • Good working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) for data analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Practical experience working with big data environments and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly articulate insights, results, and recommendations to Product Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams in an agile or fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
