Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Co-Ordinator will be the professional liaison between Ingersoll Rand, its Aftermarket Account Managers, and our valued customers, both existing and new.

The Inside Sales’ Co-Ordinator`s primary role is to provide our Rotary Aftermarket Account Managers with internal administrative support, enabling the Aftermarket Account Managers to execute more Sales Pre-Call Plans and Face to Face customer visits, thereby delivering our valued end user customers with premium service, as every customer at Ingersoll Rand is seen as a high priority customer.

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and enquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. The role will consist of both incoming and outbound calls, web leads via our Ingersoll Rand`s CRM tool, as well as occasional walk-in customers. Customer-centricity via customer service and sales being at the forefront of the inside Sales Co-Ordinator’s daily activities.

This role could potentially evolve into a shift-based role that would require a day shift, night shift as well as weekends.

          

Responsibilities:

  • A key member of the Inside Sales Team by supporting all new and existing Ingersoll Rand Aftermarket Sales initiatives.
  • The Inside Sales Co-Ordinator is to collaborate with the external Aftermarket Account Manager to improve customer service and engagement.
  • NPS management, ensuring all Webleads are nurtured through standard work process (Key users only) *
  • Upsell products and services to customers when providing telecommunication solutions.
  • Support the Aftermarket Account Managers with weekly pipeline reviews, always ensuring adherence to standard work
  • Support the Aftermarket Account Managers with creation of Mendix quotations for new and existing projects.
  • Support the Aftermarket Account Managers with the qualification and administration of IoT leads on SFA.
  • Support Aftermarket Account Managers with AMT forecasting.
  • Support Aftermarket Account Managers with Account Receivable disputes.
  • Support Aftermarket Account Managers with both new customer account creation, liaising to get account created credit limit set-up as well as completion of new customer vendor registrations.
  • Proficient in and demonstrate acute knowledge of Ingersoll Rand Digital and communication platforms i.e. Salesforce Automation (SFA), Techdirect, RepsNet, Parts Master Pro (PMPro), Mendix, Connected Air Solutions (Helix + I-Conn). Microsoft Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Teams.
  • Use of social network platforms will be used for business purposes only and managed by company secure devices. i.e. WhatsApp.
  • Additional ad hoc duties as and when required.

Basic Qualification:

  • 5 years’ experience in sales or customer service environment (Essential)
  • Call centre experience (desirable)
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Essential)
  • Experience of using CRM software’s (Essential)
  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Sales & Marketing (Desirable)
